The Requesters, community members from the villages of Olyanyatsa, Zaozerne, and Kleban in Vinnytsia Oblast, Ukraine allege that MHP Corporate Support Loan (47806) and MHP Biogas (49301) agribusiness activities in the area, specifically Vinnytsia Poultry Farm and Zernoproduct Farm activities, have caused a series of adverse impacts to the community. Among them they complain about the continuous odour and dust pollution, the fear of further contamination to air, water and soil. The depletion of water sources is also alleged as a related impact.
