The EBRD has a diverse workforce of over 3,000 people, all dedicated to working together on life-changing projects that foster transition in the regions where we operate.
Our colleagues have a wide skillset and cover many roles, from bankers to economists, IT specialists, lawyers, researchers, digitalisation experts and many more, each playing an important role in fulfilling our mission and mandate. Staff engage with a broad and lively programme of internal events, groups and initiatives, such as the highly impactful Community Initiative.
We are headquartered in London where, in 2022, we moved into an award-winning new building in the city’s Canary Wharf business district.
The EBRD has always believed in the value of a strong local presence. We have resident offices in or close to all of the locations where we invest - spread over three continents - enabling direct engagement and collaboration with businesses and officials at local level.
