New Zealand banks also participate in the Trade Facilitation Programme as confirming banks. Since inception, the TFP has supported 11 export and import transactions for New Zealand companies for a total €13.23 million, for transactions which were initiated by banks in the EBRD countries of operation and confirmed by banks in both New Zealand and abroad. One New Zealand bank and branch of bank have joined the programme as Confirming Banks (all figures as of December 2022).
From 2018 to 2022, entities from New Zealand won 13 consultancy contracts worth €2,578,413.00. Contributions: €0,17 Mn in donor funds
