Subhash Chandra Jose

Subhash Chandra Jose joined the EBRD as Managing Director, Information Technology in September 2023.

Previously, Mr Jose worked at ING Italy, where he held various IT leadership positions, including Head of Technology, and was responsible for retail, wholesale and enterprise technology transformations in Europe (Czechia, France, Italy and Spain) and Asia, migrating legacy applications to modern cloud-based digital platforms to increase productivity, performance and resilience.

Prior to ING, Mr Jose spent many years with Tata Consultancy Services, heading up the core product development team of one of the world's leading Java-based banking platforms. He was subsequently responsible for helping many major corporate banks in Asia, Europe and the United States of America with their core banking and payments transformations. 

Mr Jose, an Indian national, holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology.
