Giulia Troina

Giulia Troina, an Italian national, holds the position of Monitoring and Institutional Learning Associate.

Before joining the IPAM team, she was working at the EBRD’s Internal Audit Department. Prior to working for the Bank, Giulia worked at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) in New York and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) in Rome.

She is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish and has a working knowledge of French.
