Insurance
The EBRD accepts no liability in respect of any loss which may result in the event that the Business Forum is cancelled. However, in the event of cancellation, any registration fee paid will be refunded. Guests are advised to arrange their own insurance (medical, travel and personal effects) to cover their visit to London for the Annual Meeting and Business Forum and, in particular, to cover the possibility of cancellation.
Visa information
A valid passport, or identity card for citizens of the European Union, is required for entry into the United Kingdom. Travellers should contact the British embassy or consulate in their country of residence to confirm visa requirements. The Secretary General's letter of invitation can be used for visa application purposes. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
